SUBMITTING ONLINE:
Complete the form below and click "Submit".  We will e-mail you back with various options for freight/shipping and give you a total so you can send your payment.  We will also advise you of when we intend to ship your order.    In the very near future, we will have online ordering using secure credit card transactions available for your convenience.

BY US MAIL:
Print and mail this Order Form with cashier's check or money order.  Personal checks are fine, but we will not ship your order until your check clears.
